Our expert engineer will guide you through the process of how to use the system and fire alarm panel, along with showing you how to perform the weekly test required. 1. Brief & site survey

We assess the building, its use and occupancy, and your fire risk assessment to establish the right level of protection – then survey on site before anything is specified.

2. Fire alarm design

We design to the correct BS 5839 category (L1–L5), choose between wired and wireless where it suits the building, and plan detector and sounder positions for full, code-compliant coverage.

3. Installation

Our own engineers install the system with a dedicated project manager on larger jobs, working around your operation and keeping disruption to a minimum.

4. Commissioning & sign-off

The system is commissioned and tested, staff are shown how to use it, and we issue the BAFE Certificate of Conformity and set up your Fire Safety Log Book.

5. Maintenance & support

BS 5839 requires regular servicing. We provide planned maintenance and ongoing support so the system stays compliant and reliable for its full life.

• L2 – Escape routes, rooms off of escape routes & areas of high risk
• L3 – Fire detection with escape routes and rooms leading to escape routes
• L4 – Fire detection in escape routes only
• L5 – Bespoke design for complex buildings

On completion you receive a BAFE Certificate of Conformity confirming the system meets BS 5839, and a Fire Safety Log Book to record tests, services and events.
