Firstly our engineers will make sure that the CCTV system is recording correctly. This process allows them to identify any issues with the software and recording equipment.

Any required repairs or damages will then be fixed. We offer a call-out service if you need it.

Tweaking the settings of your current system, any required updates to the software will all be completed before the engineer leaves.

Finally we will upgrade any of your older systems with the latest and leading industry technology if you request it.

  • Test all alarm presets
  • Make visual assessments of components and tech
  • Ensure that all software is monitoring correctly
  • Making sure that there are no obstructions in the camera view
  • Update any software or settings if required
  • Check infa-red and auxiliary equipment and units to make sure it’s recording in the dark
  • Clean all camera lenses and any surfaces which may impact the recording picture
  • Make sure all seals on equipment are safe and secure
  • Set up recording backups so you can review recent footage at all times
  • Inspection of fixings, towers, seals and brackets for cameras to ensure there hasn’t been any corrosion damage due to weathering
  • Analyse the recording quality of both day and night
  • Update any warning signs and replace them if needed
  • Test the CCTV transmission to the remote site if applicable
